Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Embedded Hardware Engineer to design and develop high-quality hardware solutions for embedded products. The ideal candidate will take ownership of hardware design activities, contribute to technical decision-making, and collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver reliable and cost-effective solutions. This role emphasizes strong technical expertise, hands-on design capability, and problem-solving skills to ensure successful hardware development across various embedded applications. The candidate should also be experienced in implementing secure development methodologies to ensure protection of sensitive data and system integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop embedded hardware systems from concept to production.
Create and review Design documents, electrical schematics, and design multilayer PCB layout.
Perform circuit design, simulation, analysis, and board-level debugging.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (software, mechanical, sourcing, testing, manufacturing) to ensure seamless system integration.
Participate in design reviews, DFMEA/FMEA, and root cause analysis for design and field issues.
Support board bring-up, validation, and testing activities including pre-compliance and compliance (EMI/EMC, safety, etc.).
Interface with vendors and manufacturing partners for prototyping, testing, and production support. Contribute to design guidelines, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support production validation and ensure designs are robust and manufacturable.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards (UL, IEC, CE, etc.).
Implement secure design practices to enhance product reliability and data protection.
Experience Requirements
6–10 years of experience in embedded hardware development.
Hands-on experience in circuit design, schematic capture, PCB design, and board bring-up.
Experience with microcontrollers, microprocessor, RF and mixed-signal designs.
Good understanding of power electronics, power management, and low-power design. o Familiarity with signal integrity and debugging techniques.
Experience working with vendors and supporting manufacturing activities.
