REMOTE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to
lead hardware development across complex embedded and
power-electronics systems. You will serve as a technical
authority on circuit design, PCB architecture, and hardware
validation — mentoring junior engineers, driving design
decisions, and owning hardware deliverables from concept
through production transfer.
Lead end-to-end hardware design of complex analog, digital, and mixedsignal
circuits including power management architectures, high-speed
interfaces, and RF front-ends
—
Own PCB architecture decisions — stackup definition, signal integrity
analysis, controlled-impedance routing, EMC mitigation strategies, and
DFM/DFT compliance
—
Drive hardware bring-up, root-cause analysis, and debug of prototype
and production assemblies; define acceptance criteria for DVT and PVT
builds
B.S. in Electrical Engineering or
closely related field; M.S. a plus
—
5–9 years of hands-on hardware
design experience in an industry
setting, with demonstrated
ownership of full product cycles
—
Expert proficiency with
schematic capture and PCB
layout tools (Altium Designer
strongly preferred)
—
Deep experience with bench lab
equipment and advanced debug
techniques: oscilloscopes, logic/
protocol analyzers, VNAs,
spectrum analyzers, and signal
generators
—
Strong command of power
electronics: switching regulators
(buck, boost, SEPIC, flyback),
battery management systems,
and multi-rail power sequencing
