The Electrical Engineer provides electrical engineering expertise to drive product designs across all phases of the product life cycle. This role serves as a core contributor to product design, verification, validation, productization, and documentation. (Relocation offered and sign on bonus)


Key Responsibilities
Develop products including RF architecture, PCBAs, interconnects, risk assessments, and development documentation in compliance with Quality Management System requirements
Build and test prototypes, perform circuit layout, and conduct lab testing using tools such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and oscilloscopes
Establish, maintain, and communicate development timelines to support project schedules
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure designs meet manufacturability, serviceability, and customer requirements
Lead problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives for both new product development and existing products
Work with suppliers to understand capabilities, processes, and troubleshoot technical issues
Prepare and deliver test reports, verification data, and technical documentation
Participate in hands-on lab work and occasional customer trave
Mentor and support junior engineers as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred)
3–6 years of experience developing new product designs in a regulated or highly technical industry
MUST HAVE strong Radio Frequency engineering design expertise
