We're partnering with an established engineering organization developing complex electronic products used in highly regulated industries. Due to continued growth, they're adding two Senior Electrical Engineers to their hardware development team.
This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys designing electronic hardware from concept through prototype, validation, and production while working alongside firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, and systems engineering teams.
What You'll Do
Design analog and digital electronic circuits for complex hardware products
Develop schematics using industry-standard ECAD tools
Work directly with PCB layout engineers to ensure successful board implementation
Test, troubleshoot, and validate prototype hardware
Participate in design reviews and technical problem solving
Support products throughout the full development lifecycle
Mentor junior engineers and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
What We're Looking For
BSEE or similar (Math/Physics, etc. with relevant experience)
2-5+ years of hardware design experience (5+ for Senior-level)
Strong analog and digital circuit design experience
Experience designing complex PCB-based products
Schematic capture using Altium, Cadence, OrCAD, or similar tools
Experience working with PCB layout/ECAD designers
Strong troubleshooting and laboratory debugging skills
U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance
Preferred/Bonus Experience
RF design
Power electronics
Signal processing
Circuit simulation (SPICE, LTspice, PSpice)
MATLAB or LabVIEW
What We Offer
Salary: $120,000-$160,000+
