Senior Electrical Engineer

About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Electrical Hardware Engineer to join a global R&D team. This role involves end-to-end ownership of electronic hardware design, from concept to implementation, along with strengthening PCBA risk mitigation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive PCBA risk mitigation strategy and execution at product level
Own and deliver projects from scoping to implementation
Design and develop digital, mixed-signal, and power electronics circuits
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and finalize design requirements
Perform design reviews, trade-off analysis, and component selection
Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and EMI/EMC standards
Develop design documentation (HLD, DFMEA, RTM, verification plans, etc.)
Validate designs for performance, manufacturability, reliability, and cost targets
Support production through coordination with suppliers and sourcing teams
Mentor and guide junior engineers


Required Qualifications
