Job Type: Direct Hire / Permanent Placement
Salary Range: $141,900 – $189,200 per year
Requirement: Must be a U.S. Citizen (due to program requirements)
Experience Level: 5–10 years of robust board design experience

What You’ll Do
As a Senior Engineer, you will get your hands dirty with complex system designs, working closely with Product Management, Software, Mechanical, and Systems Engineering teams.
Translate project and system requirements into beautifully defined hardware designs and boards.
Enjoy hands-on debugging, prototype testing, and seeing your designs transition seamlessly into production.
Solve complex problems with a high degree of autonomy, proposing paths forward and adapting to evolving project needs.
Lead task groups and effectively communicate updates to project leadership and customers.
What We Are Looking For
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Core Technical Skills: Strong background in high-speed digital design, embedded processors, and interfaces (PCIe, DDR3/DDR4, Ethernet, 1553, SERDES, MIPI, etc.).
FPGA Expertise: Solid experience with FPGA board design, specifically AMD Xilinx devices (Artix/Kintex 7, Ultrascale, Zynq 7000, and Zynq MPSoC).
Lab Comfort: A genuine love for integrating and debugging systems in the lab.
Soft Skills: Top-notch communication, great time management, and a natural ability to prioritize tasks with an eye for detail.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience with Mentor Graphics PADs or Altium Schematic and Layout Tools.
Familiarity with AMD/Xilinx FPGA/SOC design flow tools.
