Role - Senior BIM Modeler / Coordinator - Mechanical
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Mechanical BIM Modeler / Coordinator to join our growing team and lead the delivery of high-quality BIM models on major projects across the UAE/GCC.
Work Location: Bengaluru (WFO)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
7-15 years of BIM experience, with proven project delivery in the UAE/GCC.
Strong technical expertise in HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting system.
Solid understanding of construction methodologies and site coordination.
Experience with UAE authority approvals is a strong advantage
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver and manage LOD 350 Mechanical BIM models with precision and accuracy.
Lead BIM coordination, clash detection, and multidisciplinary workflows.
Develop and manage BIM data using Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD MEP, and BIM 360 / ACC.
Coordinate with design, construction, and site teams to ensure seamless execution.
Support local authority submissions and ensure compliance with UAE building codes
