For our client, we are seeking a Senior ASIC Methodology Engineer - LPU Division to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Telecommunications & Hardware environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $152,000 – $287,500 annually
Responsibilities
Analyze the entire ASIC development lifecycle to pinpoint automation and AI enhancement opportunities
Utilize real-time data for effective AI models and analytics in collaboration with infrastructure teams
Set measurable metrics for efficiency, quality, and cycle-time improvements, leveraging data-driven insights
Act as a technical catalyst for best practices and emerging AI-enabled development methodologies
Monitor advancements in AI, EDA, and hardware design research, guiding strategic alignment with product roadmaps
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of proven industry experience
Track record in developing cutting-edge ASIC design frameworks
Experience with RTL, functional verification, formal verification, or physical design is a plus
High-level programming skills, including Python, PERL, Make, and shell scripting
Familiarity with AI frameworks and agentic flow development
Strong verbal and written communication skills
