Position Summary:
We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with strong experience in Appian application testing,
automation, and end-to-end QA processes. The candidate will be responsible for validating Appia based applications, ensuring quality deliverables, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
Required Skills:
7+ years of QA experience with strong exposure to Appian applications.
Experience in manual and automation testing.
Good understanding of Appian architecture and BPM workflows.
Experience with API testing and integration validation.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Hands-on experience with defect tracking and test management tools.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Skill Sets:
Exposure to Selenium or other automation frameworks.
Knowledge of SQL/database testing.
Experience working in onshore/offshore coordination models.
Responsibilities:
Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing for Appian applications.
Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios.
Validate Appian workflows, interfaces, business rules, and integrations.
Identify, track, and manage defects through closure.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders for requirement understanding and quality assurance.
Support automation testing initiatives and improve QA processes.
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and release activities.
Ensure timely delivery with high-quality standards.
