Role Description This full-time, on-site Senior Analog Design Engineer role is based in the Greater Phoenix Area. The engineer will design, simulate, and verify analog and mixed-signal circuits for power management and other system blocks, ensuring performance, reliability, and manufacturability. Responsibilities include defining specifications, performing transistor-level circuit design and optimization, running corner and Monte Carlo analyses, and collaborating with layout, digital design, verification, and test engineering teams. The role involves reviewing and guiding layout implementation, supporting silicon bring-up and characterization, analyzing lab measurements to correlate with simulations, and driving design improvements. The engineer will also contribute to design documentation, participate in technical reviews, mentor less-experienced team members, and support product introduction into high-volume manufacturing.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in analog circuit design, including Analog, Analog Circuits, and Analog Circuit Design. (10 years)
Experience with power-related systems and architectures, including Power Management and associated analog circuitry.
Proficiency in circuit design tools and flows (e.g., SPICE, Cadence or similar EDA tools) and familiarity with mixed-signal environments.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred for senior-level responsibilities.
Proven track record in silicon implementation, bench validation, and debugging of analog and power management circuits.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work across functions and time zones.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, and ability to document designs and present technical material clearly.
Experience in automotive, industrial, or IoT semiconductor products and familiarity with reliability, safety, or quality standards is a plus.
