📍 Location: Sunnyvale, CA(Hybrid) 3 days in a office
Are you passionate about semiconductor testing and bringing innovative products from New Product Introduction (NPI) to high-volume manufacturing? Join our team and play a key role in developing cutting-edge ATE solutions for high-speed RF and mixed-signal devices
.
Key Responsibiliti
esCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop ATE solutions for RF and mixed-signal semiconductor device
s.Develop and correlate ATE test hardware and software with product specifications and test plan
s.Design, debug, validate, and release production-ready ATE test programs on the Advantest V93000 (93K) Smart OS platfor
m.Support wafer-level testing, production, yield analysis, failure analysis, and continuous yield improvemen
t.Partner closely with Design, Applications, and Manufacturing teams throughout the NPI lifecycle to production releas
e.Support engineering builds, pilot runs, and production ramp-up activitie
s.Develop and improve production test methods and procedures while ensuring compliance with TL/ISO manufacturing standard
s.Track production yields, project milestones, issue resolution, and engineering deliverable
s.What We're Looking F
orBachelor's degree with 5+ years, Master's degree with 4+ years, or PhD with 3+ years of relevant semiconductor test engineering experienc
e.Hands-on experience testing high-speed analog, RF, and mixed-signal device
s.Strong expertise in complete ATE development, includin

ntCorrelation and production relea
