Senior Salesforce QA Engineer (CPQ and Automation)
Remote – US
client is looking for a QA Automation Engineer with expertise in API Automation testing to enhance quality across enterprise platforms. Responsibilities include creating scalable automation frameworks using Playwright and JavaScript, integrating AI-based testing, and supporting continuous quality via CI/CD pipelines.

What You’ll Do
Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automation frameworks for web, API, and Salesforce/Billing platform integrations with precision and efficiency.
Implementing comprehensive automated test coverage for functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure thorough validation of system reliability.
Leveraging AI-driven testing tools and LLM-based solutions enables intelligent test generation, predictive defect detection, and automation with self-healing capabilities.
Integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines ensures continuous testing while accelerating software release cycles.
Analyzing test results, logs, and data to determine root causes and ensure resolution of defects effectively.
Evaluating and adopting advanced automation tools, AI testing platforms, and quality engineering best practices ensures efficiency and innovation in processes.
Promoting an automation-first, AI-driven testing approach
This Role Requires
5+ years of QA Automation / Quality Engineering experience, including enterprise platforms.
Proven experience automating workflows for Salesforce (CPQ) and Enterprise Billing Platforms (e.g., Zuora, Billing Platform).
Experience delivering end-to-end automation for UI, API, and complex system-to-system integration workflows
Demonstrate expertise using tools such as Playwright.
Demonstrate programming expertise in JavaScript.
Demonstrate expertise in testing and validating APIs using tools such as Postman.
Possess experience with CI/CD integration using tools such as Git, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
Demonstrate knowledge of AI-powered testing, advanced automation, or self-repairing frameworks.
