🚀 We’re Hiring: Sales Manager – Semiconductor IP / ASIC (San Jose, CA)
I’m partnering with a fast-growing semiconductor IP company to find a Sales Manager who knows how to sell ASIC and IP solutions into top-tier customers.
💡 What you’ll do
Drive new business + key account growth
Sell high-speed IP, SoC solutions, and ASIC services
Own the full sales cycle (prospecting → closing)
Partner with FAEs and engineering teams
Build relationships with technical + executive stakeholders
🎯 What we’re looking for
7+ years of experience in sales
MUST have experience in the semiconductor industry (IP / ASIC / SoC)
Strong understanding of IP licensing or design services
Proven ability to close deals and hit revenue targets
🚫 If your background is not in the semiconductor industry, this role will not be a fit.
💰 Comp
Base: $140K – $180K
OTE: $220K – $300K+ (uncapped)
