Conviso Inc is looking for SailPoint Engineer to join us for Hybrid role. This job comes with benefits, 401K & some accrued PTO.
Role: SailPoint Engineer
Location: Hybrid – Washington, DC (2–3 days onsite/week)
Clearance: Active DoD Secret Clearance (ability to obtain Top Secret)
Required Skills
2+ years of ICAM/IAM implementation experience
SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) configuration, support, workflow testing, and integrations
Application onboarding and integration readiness assessments
Requirements gathering, FRD development, testing, and issue resolution
Experience configuring workflows and communications using out of box SailPoint capabilities
Preferred Skills
SailPoint Certification
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into SailPoint IIQ solutions
Configure SailPoint IIQ using out-of-the-box features; develop custom workflows, rules, forms, and connectors as needed
Build, test, and support workflows for joiner/mover/leaver processes, access requests, approvals, provisioning, and deprovisioning
Perform account and entitlement aggregation to support identity correlation and access visibility
Support application onboarding, integration readiness reviews, and prioritization assessments
Design and support provisioning and aggregation solutions for legacy and non-standard applications
Develop and maintain FRDs, design documents, workflow logic, and onboarding documentation
Execute workflow, integration, and defect testing; validate solutions against business requirements
Support API-based integrations and custom interface requirements
Track onboarding activities, dependencies, status updates, and meeting outcomes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SailPoint-ServiceNow integrations
Troubleshoot and resolve escalated SailPoint issues involving workflows, provisioning, and aggregations
Deliverables
FRDs, design documents, and technical/functional artifacts
Configured SailPoint IIQ workflows and solution components
Test results and validation reports
Application onboarding and integration readiness assessments
Provisioning, aggregation, and lifecycle management support
Status reports, meeting notes, and dependency tracking
Escalated issue triage and resolution support
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience
