Job Title: SailPoint Engineer / Developer (Active Clearance Required)

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled SailPoint Engineer / Developer to support enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives within a secure government environment. This role will focus on designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow solutions while ensuring compliance, security, and operational efficiency across enterprise systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with IAM/IGA technologies, SailPoint development, connector integrations, access governance, and scripting within complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow solutions.

Develop and customize workflows, rules, and integrations using Java and BeanShell scripting.

Build and maintain custom connectors and integrations with enterprise applications.

Configure and support provisioning and deprovisioning processes.

Integrate SailPoint with Active Directory (AD), LDAP, databases, and other enterprise systems.

Implement and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models.

Support access certification campaigns, user lifecycle management, and compliance initiatives.

Troubleshoot IAM-related issues and provide technical support for SailPoint platforms.

Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting, troubleshooting, and data analysis.

Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure secure identity governance practices.

Participate in system upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements.

Required Qualifications

Active Security Clearance is required.

3+ years of hands-on experience with Sail Point IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow.

Strong experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance Administration (IGA).

Experience with Java and BeanShell scripting.

Hands-on experience with SailPoint connector development and integrations.

Strong knowledge of Active Directory (AD) and LDAP integrations.

Experience implementing RBAC models and access governance controls.

Experience with provisioning/deprovisioning workflows and access certifications.

Strong SQL/database experience.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting federal or government environments.

SailPoint certifications are a plus.

Familiarity with cybersecurity and compliance frameworks.

Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise system integrations.
