We recently secured a top-tier Seed round, one of the largest in the privacy-tech space, from the same institutional backers behind the world's most vital defense and AI labs. With a massive multi-year runway, we are building the mission-critical infrastructure that ensures digital sovereignty for the world’s most sensitive institutions.

We are hiring a Rust Engineer to own technical direction from Day Zero.

This is a greenfield build involving:
Distributed Cryptographic Protocols: Moving beyond standard E2EE into next-gen security.
Extreme Reliability: Building high-throughput systems where 100% uptime is a security mandate.
Complex Architectures: Designing multi-tenant isolation and zero-knowledge frameworks from scratch.

Who You Are:
Systems Expert: You’ve built and scaled high-performance backends from 0 to 1.
Architectural Clarity: You have deep, well-reasoned opinions on how to build for long-term reliability.
Technical Ownership: You’re ready to lead a greenfield project without the burden of legacy code.
The "Bonus": You have a background (or a deep obsession) with cryptography, privacy-preserving systems, or E2EE.
