We design and deploy robotic solutions across construction, exhibition, and industrial environments, and are continuing to scale our global operations.

THE ROLE
As a Robotics Field Engineer, you will be responsible for deploying, operating, and maintaining our robots across customer sites throughout the United States.

This is a highly hands-on role that sits at the intersection of engineering, operations, and customer success. You will work directly with physical robotic systems in real-world environments, ensuring successful deployments and a strong customer experience.

Core responsibilities include:
Deploy and operate robotic systems on customer sites across the US
Provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to clients and partners
Perform routine maintenance and repairs both in the field and at the workshop
Train customers on how to use and operate our robotic systems
Monitor robot performance and ensure successful execution on job sites
Collect customer feedback and work with internal teams to improve product features
Plan and manage deployment schedules and ensure operational readiness
Support a wide range of technical and operational tasks as needed

YOUR SKILLS
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related field
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Hands-on mindset with comfort working on physical hardware systems
Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with customers
High level of ownership and accountability
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to perform light physical activity

You must have:
Eligibility to work in the US and a valid driver’s license
Willingness to travel extensively across the US (up to 2 to 3 weeks per month)

Nice to have:
1 to 2 years of experience in an engineering or technical role
Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
Exposure to project-based work
