Responsibilities:

Program Robotic Welders
Train employees in the proper use of the robotic welding process
Adjust programs as needed for each architectural drawing


Duties/Responsibilities:

Addresses and resolves programming issues and inconsistencies
Ensure safe operation of equipment
Collaborate with managers to develop and modify processes and procedures
Performs other related duties as assigned


Required Skills/Abilities:

Ability to read and decipher blueprints and architectural drawings
Familiar with welding processes and procedures
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks


Education and Experience:

Background in welding and fabrication required
At least 5 years of programming experience
