We are experiencing growth and looking for an RF Engineer to join our team in Grand Prairie, TX.
What You Will Be Doing
In this role, the Staff RF Engineer will support the development and production of complex multi-function modules used in challenging high reliability applications in all phases of the product life cycle.
The engineer will have the opportunity to design and develop circuits, modules, and sub-systems from initial concept through prototyping and full-rate production.
The engineer will work on complex technical problems and provide solutions which are innovative and ingenious.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Design, assemble, and troubleshoot analog/digital test rigs using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and power analyzers.
Integrate sensor packages, RF subsystems, and power distribution units into the seeker architecture.
Interface firmware, real time operating systems (RTOS), and middleware with the seeker hardware.
Manage interface control documents (ICDs) and maintain requirements traceability across the program.
Lead cross functional teams, drive schedule and risk reviews, and report status to senior leadership.
Ensure test pedigree and traceability for two seekers that may fly in the demonstration flight test.
Mentor junior engineers and foster knowledge transfer throughout the integration effort.
Candidates must be willing and able to adjust work hours during major mission success test events, critical failure analysis, test readiness preparation, or when emergency situations demand work hours outside the traditional 9/80 schedule.
