Your Role With The Company
As an RF Analog Design Engineer, you'll help develop sophisticated analog front-end architectures for high-performance embedded computing products used in defense and aerospace applications. You'll design RF signal paths, low-noise analog circuitry, clocking systems, and power architectures while collaborating closely with FPGA, PCB layout, embedded software, and systems engineering teams.
Your work will span the complete product lifecyclefrom concept and simulation through hardware validation and productionallowing you to influence architecture decisions, solve challenging signal integrity problems, and contribute directly to next-generation RF and mixed-signal platforms.

Qualifications
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent industry experience
Expertise designing complete RF and mixed-signal signal chains, including RF front ends, analog filtering, ADC/DAC interfaces, clock generation, synchronization, and low-noise power architectures
Experience taking complex RF hardware from system architecture through schematic capture, PCB implementation, hardware debugging, validation, and production
Strong understanding of RF design theory, including filter design, impedance matching, signal integrity, noise mitigation, shielding, grounding, and high-speed mixed-signal PCB implementation
Extensive experience selecting and integrating high-speed ADCs and DACs from vendors such as Texas Instruments, Analog Devices, or similar manufacturers
Strong experience designing RF circuits operating up to 18 GHz
Strong understanding of digital interfaces connecting high-speed converters to FPGA-based processing architectures
Experience designing programmable clock generation and distribution systems supporting multiple sampling rates and bandwidths
Experience designing low-noise power supplies for high-performance mixed-signal and RF systems
Hands-on laboratory experience using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, network analyzers, and related RF test equipment
Experience collaborating closely with PCB layout engineers to optimize component placement, controlled impedance routing, grounding, isolation, and manufacturability
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex analog and mixed-signal performance issues
Highly Desired
Experience designing systems using AMD Xilinx RFSoC devices
Experience with board-to-board synchronization, timing distribution, phase alignment, and multi-board RF systems
Strong experience designing RF circuits operating up to 30 GHz
Experience with Mentor Graphics Xpedition DxDesigner
Experience with complex multilayer PCB technologies, blind/buried microvias, and low-loss RF materials
Previous experience developing RF hardware for defense, aerospace, electronic warfare, communications, radar, or embedded computing applications
Strong technical leadership with the ability to mentor engineers and contribute to architecture decisions
