About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Modeller to support our growing portfolio of building services projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating and coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) BIM models using industry-standard software.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain MEP BIM models using Revit.
Prepare coordinated MEP layouts and drawings.
Perform clash detection and model coordination.
Generate shop drawings and construction documentation.
Collaborate with design engineers and project teams.
Ensure compliance with project BIM standards and client requirements.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2 years of MEP modelling experience.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.
Knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection is preferred.
Familiarity with HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Electrical systems.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
