About the Role
We’re looking for a Dev/Research Engineer 2 to join a dynamic engineering team focused on after treatment systems and mechanical product development. This role involves hands-on work in design, testing, analysis, and validation of engine and exhaust system components.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and test mechanical systems and components
Analyze test cell and field data for performance and reliability
Troubleshoot after treatment systems and resolve technical issues
Support product design (catalyst canning, DEF systems, injectors, etc.)
Work with CAD tools for design and print release activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including suppliers and purchasing
Conduct FMEA, validation planning, and testing
Required Skills & Experience
2–5 years of experience in engineering (design/test)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Material Science, Chemistry, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with 3D CAD tools
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
Effective communication and ability to manage multiple priorities
