Join the Precision Seals Test & Validation team within the Integrated Components Division. You’ll contribute to the worldwide validation of metal face seals used across machines, ensuring product performance, durability, reliability, and quality. This is a backfill role offering exposure to cutting-edge validation projects and opportunities to support both new product introductions and current product improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain multiple seal validation test benches
Author and update safe job procedures (including lock‑out/tag‑out) for test equipment
Manage validation test requests and support quality, material, and design improvement projects
Perform root cause analysis on field returns
Support NPI (New Product Introduction) and CPI (Current Product Improvement) initiatives
Collaborate with system engineering teams and suppliers to validate sealing system solutions
Create and deliver technical reports with clear data analysis
Research and develop new sealing technologies
