Research Engineer – Aftertreatment

Job Details
Daily Task:
Review test cell and field data and ensure no issues with Aftertreatment or performance shift.
Ensure all cell hardware is accounted for, current and future programs. Make sure they are tracked properly electronically to accumulate hours.
Troubleshoot and fix aftertreatment related issues/codes in test cell, especially during install
Print releasing, knowledge and working with CAD based program and print reading.
Component design (after treatment canning, injectors DEF pumps)
Working with a purchasing team for quotes and proto-type part procurement
FMEA analysis and validation planning and testing
Team Interaction:
The individual will be responsible for communicating results and issues to team members, suppliers and engine system development process partners.

Education & Experience Required:
Years of experience: 2-5 years
Degree requirement: Bachelor’s degree in an accredited Engineering, Material Science, Chemistry or related curriculum
