Responsibilities include:

Manage all aspect of the product development process through each stage gate from concept, design, testing, manufacturing and tooling design, production launch, to marketing
Develop and spec materials for new products
Develop samples for business development
Become the resident expert on specified product line working in cross functional team
Develop and maintain environmentally sustainable solutions

Requirements include:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
Experience with pulp paper, packaging, plastics, CPGs, flexible materials, and/or consumables preferred
CAD skills and experience
Project Management skills and experience
