We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer with strong experience in SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, UG NX and GD&T, along with a background in the semiconductor industry. The candidate will be responsible for design, development, and validation of mechanical components and assemblies.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies using SolidWorks and Autodesk Inventor
Create detailed 2D drawings with proper GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
Work on design modifications, improvements, and validation activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (electrical, manufacturing, quality)
Ensure designs meet industry standards and project requirements
Support prototype development and testing
Maintain proper documentation and version control of designs
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in SolidWorks and Autodesk Inventor
Good understanding of GD&T standards
Experience in semiconductor equipment or manufacturing environment
Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and tolerances
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience with sheet metal, fabrication, or precision components
Exposure to cleanroom or semiconductor processes is an added advantage
Soft Skills
Good communication and teamwork
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Attention to detail
