Predictive Analysis: Perform reliability allocations and predictions to estimate the probability of system success.
Risk Assessments: Conduct FMEA/FMECA (Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analysis) to identify potential failure points and their impacts.
Design Influence: Participate in design reviews to ensure maintainability is "built-in," such as ensuring easy access for repairs or standardized parts.
System Testing: Plan and oversee reliability testing, such as HALT (Highly Accelerated Life Testing) and environmental stress screenings.
Failure Tracking: Manage the FRACAS (Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System) to collect field data and implement design improvements.
Maintenance Strategy: Develop RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) strategies and suggest repair levels to minimize downtime.

Key Skills & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
