2. About the Opportunity:
The Quality Assurance Engineer role is designed to advance the organization''s software testing by integrating AI and intelligent tools into quality assurance processes. This position enhances the effectiveness and efficiency of testing, validation, and software delivery through AI-powered automation and data insights. The role collaborates with engineering, product, and data teams to embed AI-driven practices into QA workflows, improving test design, defect analysis, and risk assessment. This remote role plays a key part in scaling and improving QA capabilities within the organization.

3. Responsibilities:
• Define and execute AI-augmented testing strategies for functional, integration, and automation testing
• Use AI tools to accelerate QA tasks including test case design, script generation, defect analysis, and documentation
• Develop and maintain scalable test automation frameworks with AI-assisted features such as intelligent test selection and self-healing tests
• Evaluate and pilot new AI-powered QA tools, creating proofs-of-concept and recommending adoption based on quality and efficiency improvements
• Mentor QA team members on core quality engineering practices and AI tool usage
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to promote early quality integration and AI-supported code reviews
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline quality gates ensuring reliable and efficient automated checks
• Establish and share best practices for responsible use of AI in quality engineering

4. Requirements:
• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• Professional experience in software Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or C#
• Experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools
• Hands-on experience using AI or LLM-powered tools to enhance QA processes
• Experience with API testing and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
