Role Description
Massive Services is seeking a full-time remote Quality Assurance Engineer. The role involves ensuring software quality by designing and executing test plans, performing manual and automated testing, and reporting defects. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining detailed test cases, collaborating with development teams to resolve issues, and ensuring compliance with quality assurance processes. The individual will play a key role in delivering high-quality and reliable software products by identifying and addressing potential quality issues early in the development cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Perform manual and automated testing across web, mobile, and/or desktop applications.
Identify, document, and track bugs using project management and bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, GitHub).
Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve defects.
Conduct regression, performance, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
Ensure software releases meet quality standards and business requirements.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging QA tools and techniques.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Test Execution and creating comprehensive Test Cases
Hands-on experience in Manual Testing and Software Testing
Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance principles and best practices
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, managing tasks independently
Familiarity with testing tools and automation frameworks (preferred)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
