What you'll do:
Design and maintain automated test suites for our core automation platform and client-facing interfaces
Test AI agent workflows end-to-end — from job board scraping to application submission to client notifications
Catch regressions before they reach production and build systems that prevent them from coming back
Work with engineers to define testability requirements early in the development process
Build test infrastructure that scales as the platform grows — not just scripts, but a quality system
We're looking for someone who:
Has 3+ years of QA engineering experience with a focus on automation
Is strong in Python for test automation and scripting
Has experience testing APIs, async systems, and complex multi-step workflows
Knows the difference between testing for coverage and testing for risk
Takes quality personally — broken workflows mean real people miss real jobs
Nice to have:
Experience with Selenium, Playwright, or browser automation testing
Familiarity with AI-generated outputs and how to evaluate them systematically
Background in testing data pipelines or scraping systems
