Are you looking to kickstart your career in the construction industry with a growing team in Texas? We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level QA Engineer to join our QA/QC team!
This role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals eager to learn the ropes of construction quality management, documentation, and process improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Quality Management System (QMS)
Assists the Project Quality Manager (PQM) to establish project quality management policy, processes, systems and procedures fully compliant with the contractual obligations and corporate policy.
Coordinates with SECAI document control Departments and Contractors Document Control Departments in order to expedite document deliverable processing.
Prepares, reviews and implements the project specific quality plans, design quality plans and procedures in accordance with project specification and compliance with project management policy and objectives.
Quality Records
Maintains quality records as required by the quality management system and review records from time to time for completeness.
Assists PQM in the maintenance of the quality records relating to traceability (where required) of materials incorporated into the works.
Training
Assists the PQM in ensuring that all SAMSUNG I&C and supply partners’ personnel who perform or manage activities affecting quality are properly educated, trained, qualified and where required, certified in accordance with related procedure.
Assists the PQM in planning and arranging of all quality training needs and training provisions.
Inspection and Test Control
Assists the PQM in reviewing the ITP’s submitted by the Supply Partners prior to start work.
Assists the PQM in Controlling, directing and coordinating all inspections with 3RD party and Supply Partners.
Audit
Assists the PQM in planning and conducting Supply Partners (Contractor) audit to ensure effective implementation of the Project QMS and identify areas for improvement.
Nonconformities
Assists the PQM in recording any departure from the PQP and any non-conformance in completed works.
Monitoring
Assists the PQM in implementing and monitoring of the Issuing NCR, Punch list, or Observations Request as appropriate, and follow-up with concerned parties for closure.
Assists the PQM in Collect data for Q-KPIs, Conduct Trend Analysis, and report on the Q-KPIs status in the Monthly QA/QC report.
Assists the PQM in monitoring the implementation of KPIs procedure and report to PQM in case of any negative trends.
Reporting
Prepare quality performance data for the weekly/ monthly progress report to customer.
Coordination
Coordinate with Project team and Supply Partners to implement of Quality control and mitigation plan.
Special Processes
In charge of Documentation and management of Project Special Processes.
Control of IMTE
Control and Monitoring of the PQM in ensuring effective management and control IMTE (Inspection, Measuring and Test Equipment).
Material Control
Review of Material submittals submitted by Supply Partners compliance with the specification and client requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications
Must-Haves:
Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both Korean and English (written and spoken) to ensure seamless communication with stakeholders and partners.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data management, reporting, and presentations.

Nice-to-Haves:
Degree in Engineering (Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, Industrial, etc.) is preferred, but all majors are welcome!
A strong passion and eagerness to learn quality management and engineering operations from the ground up.
Previous internship or practical experience in construction or manufacturing quality control is a plus.
