QA Engineer, C#

We are seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join a fast-growing healthcare technology company focused on modernizing clinical and operational workflows across the U.S. healthcare ecosystem. This is a full-time, primarily remote position supporting EST business hours. The ideal candidate brings strong automation engineering experience across backend systems, APIs, and user-facing applications, with the ability to help drive quality initiatives across a complex SaaS platform. U.S. work authorization is required. No visa sponsorship is available at this time.

Job Title: Senior QA Automation Engineer (Healthcare SaaS)

Location: Remote (EST Hours, U.S.-based only)

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks across backend services, APIs, integrations, and front-end applications
Create and execute automated test suites to validate complex, data-intensive workflows and platform functionality
Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
Validate system integrations, API behavior, and data integrity across interconnected platform components
Identify defects, improve testing processes, and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives across the organization
Advocate for automation best practices and help establish scalable QA standards across engineering teams
Support delivery of highly reliable software solutions in a fast-paced SaaS environment

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in QA automation engineering, test framework development, or software quality engineering
Strong experience with automated UI testing frameworks such as Selenium or similar frameworks
Hands-on experience testing APIs, backend services, and data validation workflows
Proficiency with at least one modern programming language such as C#, Java or similar programming language
Experience building and maintaining automated test scripts and regression testing frameworks
Familiarity with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber or SpecFlow is a plus
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills with high attention to detail
Experience within healthcare technology, SaaS, or highly regulated environments is preferred but not required

Compensation

Base Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 + 5,000 Annual Bonus Full Comprehensive Health Benefits

Additional Information

Role is primarily remote, but candidates must be based in the U.S. and available to work Eastern Time (EST) business hours
Must be authorized to work in the United States — no visa sponsorship available
Strong preference for candidates who demonstrate ownership, collaboration, and proactive quality advocacy within engineering organizations
