Job Description
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to read and interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions, blueprints and quality manuals.
Ability to program CMM is a plus
Knowledge of MS Office Software applications,
Proficiency within a recognized ERP system
Be comfortable working within external party internet portals
Desired Skills
Perform problem identification, resolution, loss reporting and continuous improvement
Design and implement methods for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection
Develop, execute, and analyze quality reporting measures
Review customer drawing and requirement and provide quality plan
Participate in internal and external quality audits
Preparing Source Inspection for Aerospace customer
Review and prepare NCR/SRD with customer
Develop Inspection Plan for NPI
Work with Supplier for quality issue.
Update Quality work instruction.
Train inspector team for specific customer requirement
Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering
4+ years' of industry experience. Will Aerospace experience is a plus
Strong knowledge of quality tools used in the industry
Analytical and quantitative approach to problem solving
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
The base salary range for this full-time position is $81,600-$138,700 salaried. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure, and relevant education or training.
