Position Overview

EmpowerID is seeking a motivated Customer Success Representative (CSR) to join our team. As a CSR, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers achieve their business objectives and maximize the value of our IAM solutions.

What You'll Do

Build Strong Relationships: Act as the trusted advisor to customers, fostering strong and lasting relationships with stakeholders at various levels.
Onboard and Train: Facilitate a robust training program for new customers, helping them set up the platform and ensuring their business objectives are met.
Understand and Solve: Regularly consult with clients to fully understand their needs, demonstrate the value of EmpowerID, and actively solve their pain points.
Customer Advocacy: Serve as the liaison between the customer and internal teams, prioritizing issues, eliciting feedback, and presenting customers with new opportunities.
Monitor and Improve: Continuously drive product adoption, client retention, and ensure a seamless renewal process for all customers.
Identify Opportunities: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with account executives to manage the opportunity moving forward.
Innovate and Collaborate: Work across the EmpowerID team (Product, Development, Support, Sales, and Marketing) to identify how we can constantly improve our product and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Increase customer satisfaction and strengthen key client relationships.
Identify new opportunities and maximize value to help customers grow their business.
Own and be accountable for all aspects of the customer relationship, including escalations and service issues.
Drive strategic, top-of-the-funnel lead generation through targeted outreach via email sequences, LinkedIn prospecting, and calls.
Maintain strong organizational skills to consistently update activities, opportunities, and account information in the CRM.
Be entrepreneurial and passionate about making EmpowerID as competitive as it can be.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer success, software training, sales, technical account management, relationship management, or software support.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to rapidly identify the significance of information and determine appropriate actions.
Customer service, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High level of professionalism, strong attention to detail, and self-motivation.
Proficient in CRM software and lead generation tools.
Capable of delivering tailored presentations to diverse audiences.
Highly motivated and target-driven.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Fluent in English; any other language a plus.
