Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in manual and automation testing, with a strong focus on API testing, integration validation, and end-to-end system workflow verification. This role requires a quality-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
Strong hands-on experience in creating and executing test cases for APIs, integrations, and system workflows.
Working experience with API testing using tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or similar.
Solid understanding of manual testing concepts, including test case design, bug leakage, defect lifecycle, and exploratory testing.
Minimum 1+ year of experience in creating, maintaining, and executing test automation scripts; experience with the Playwright framework will be considered a strong plus.
Ability to identify and effectively test edge cases and negative scenarios.
Experience in handling regression testing to ensure product stability.
Exposure to third-party integrations testing and validation.
Proficient in performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical defects and collaborating with the engineering team to prevent recurrence.
Document test results, provide test coverage reports, and ensure adherence to QA best practices.
Continuously improve QA processes and contribute ideas for enhancing test efficiency.
