Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and Python to ensure the quality of software applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and create comprehensive test plans.
Identify, report, and track defects, and work closely with developers to resolve issues.
Continuously enhance test frameworks and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Mentor junior team members and share best practices in automation testing. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech) or a related field.
5-9 years of experience in automation testing with a strong focus on Selenium and Python.
Proven ability to develop and maintain automated test scripts. Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Experience in integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with test management tools and frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly. Good to have skills: Flask, Pandas, Data Analysis, Jenkins, TestNG
