About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Engineering Manager – Substation (PEM) to lead and manage engineering activities for large-scale GIS/AIS Substation projects up to 765kV. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in substation design, project execution, engineering management, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Manage complete engineering activities within project schedules, quality standards, and cost targets.
✔ Coordinate with project planning teams and ensure timely engineering deliverables.
✔ Review and approve engineering drawings, design calculations, and technical documents.
✔ Lead discussions with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
✔ Oversee Primary Design, Secondary Design, Earthing, Cabling, SCADA, and Protection Systems.
✔ Coordinate vendor engineering, manufacturing interfaces, and material delivery schedules.
✔ Guide and mentor design teams, ensuring optimum resource utilization and productivity.
✔ Conduct engineering review meetings and provide project progress updates.
✔ Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and quality requirements.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in substation design, electrical engineering, project execution, and multidisciplinary project coordination.
