Position Summary

Position Details
Assist a project manager to successfully coordinate a project using the necessary engineering, labor, equipment, materials, tools, and subcontracted services.
The detailed job duties include Review and analyze various preliminary drawings and specifications, visit project work sites, clarify scope of work, and consult with vendors, sub-contractors to estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, and labor to determine project feasibility.
Provide technical engineering advice regarding project constructability, value-engineering, design and modification.
Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure quality and conformance to design specifications and safety standards.
Identify issues that could lead to problems and facilitate their solutions.
Create, update and enforce project schedules and maintain records and documents.
Assist with the project cost management and ensure that the budgets are maintained.
Perform other engineering-related duties assigned by the management.
Qualifications
Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering related field.
Minimum two years of work experience with HVAC and plumbing systems.
