Holmberg Mechanical is seeking a confident, passionate, and highly motivated Project Engineer/Coordinator to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a positive, professional attitude to their work.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting project execution in the field. Working under the direction of a Project Manager, you will help implement critical construction initiatives, ensure organization and consistency across the project team, and take ownership of issues through resolution.

Key Responsibilities
Support the Project Manager and collaborate with the project team
Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules
Maintain organized document control systems
Lead coordination efforts, including submittals and RFIs
Review subcontracts and assist in managing subcontractors
Procure materials and equipment
Support cost tracking and change order development
Assist with project billing processes
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager
Ability to work flexible hours as the project requires
Reliable transportation
Skills & Requirements
Strong technical problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Understanding of project management principles
Working knowledge of mechanical and plumbing systems
Experience with Bluebeam Revu and Procore is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $80,000 – $100,000 annually
