What you’ll do
· Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation in Procore
· Support projects from kickoff through closeout
· Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and materials
· Track schedules, procurement, and field activity
· Assist with budgets, cost tracking, and change orders
· Work with field teams to remove roadblocks and keep work moving
· Support planning, coordination, and design review
· Identify issues early and help drive solutions
What fits here
· 1 to 4 years in construction (Project Engineer, APM, or similar)
· Comfortable reading drawings and managing multiple priorities
· Strong communicator with field teams and subs
· Interest in growing into Project Management
· Experience with Procore or similar tools is helpful
Compensation
$80,000 – $115,000 base
