Some Project Engineer roles keep you on the sidelines.
This one doesn’t.
If you want to actually understand how projects come together, not just update logs and push paperwork, this is the kind of role that moves you forward.
We’re working with a growing design-build contractor taking on complex, highly coordinated projects across the country. The work is technical, fast-moving, and requires people who can stay organized while thinking a step ahead.
You will be plugged directly into the project team from day one. Not just supporting, but learning how the job really runs.
What Makes This Different
You are involved from bid through closeout
Exposure to real decision-making, not just admin tasks
Direct access to experienced Project Managers
Projects that require coordination, not just checklists
Team that expects accountability but actually supports you
4 weeks PTO starting Day 1
100% company-paid healthcare for you and your spouse
Bonus eligible
Clear path into Project Management
What You’ll Be Doing
Help build project plans and track them through execution
Support bidding, takeoffs, and procurement efforts
Manage RFIs, submittals, and documentation flow
Track costs, billing, and job progress
Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams
Use construction software to keep projects organized and on schedule
What They’re Looking For
1–3+ years of experience in construction or project coordination
Someone who wants to learn the full project lifecycle
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Able to manage multiple moving pieces without losing track
Experience with Procore, Primavera P6, or similar tools is a plus
The Bigger Picture
This is a company in growth mode with a real pipeline of work and leadership that understands construction from the ground up.
People here are not boxed in. If you prove yourself, you will take on more and move up.
If you are looking for a role where you can actually build a career in project management, this is worth a conversation.
