A lot of Project Engineer roles turn into paperwork support positions with little real growth.
This is not one of them.

This opportunity is designed for someone who wants to move toward Project Management and gain real exposure to how commercial construction projects are actually executed from start through closeout.

You will work directly with experienced PMs and field leadership on active commercial projects involving coordination, scheduling, subcontractors, procurement, budgeting, documentation, and day-to-day project execution.

The environment gives junior engineers visibility, responsibility, and direct involvement instead of keeping them siloed into a narrow support function.

Why people are interested:
· Clear path toward Project Management
· Exposure to the full construction lifecycle
· Direct interaction with leadership and field teams
· Complex commercial projects with real moving parts
· Strong backlog and continued company growth
· 4 weeks PTO starting immediately
· 100% employer-paid healthcare for employee and spouse
· 401k with company match

Strong fit for someone with:
· 1-4 years of commercial construction experience
· Project Engineer or APM background
· Experience with RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
· Ability to read drawings and manage multiple priorities
· Interest in growing into a larger project leadership role
· Procore experience is a plus
