The PBCS hardware IPTs are responsible for the development, manufacture, and management of the PBCS hardware which is part of an attitude control and propulsive subsystem controlling the missile in a phase of the flight.

As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to lead our PBCS separate component IPT teams with a team size of approximately 5 to 10 engineers and expected to grow in the next few months. As CAM you will be primarily responsible for ensuring we meet our cost & schedule baseline. You will provide earned value (EV) performance and EAC assessments. The candidate will identify risks, issues and opportunities and implement approved risk handling plans.
