Role Description
We are seeking a Project Civil Engineer to join our team. This position is ideal for a motivated, growth-oriented professional who is eager to expand their skills in site development and civil engineering. This is a full-time position based in the Bluffton/Hilton Head, South Carolina area, with both on-site and remote work options available. Key responsibilities include performing CAD design, assisting in the preparation of engineering reports and calculations, and contributing to civil and land development project designs. The role also involves supporting construction administration activities to help ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard. In this position, you will apply your engineering knowledge and technical skills to support the successful delivery of quality infrastructure projects.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (required)
Solid understanding of civil engineering principles and standard practices
Proficiency in AutoCAD and 2D/3D design and modeling tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Prior experience with civil engineering projects is highly preferred
Strong attention to detail, including accurate data entry and 10-key typing skills
Valid driver’s license
