Overview
We are partnered with a leading general contractor focused on delivering technically complex ground up construction projects across commercial, industrial, mission critical, healthcare, education, and advanced technology sectors. This role supports project execution through coordination of project documentation, subcontractor communication, scheduling support, and field collaboration from preconstruction through closeout.

Role and Responsibilities
Support Project Managers and Superintendents with day to day project coordination and administration
Manage RFIs, submittals, drawing updates, and project documentation throughout all phases of construction
Maintain logs and tracking systems for submittals, change orders, procurement, and project correspondence
Assist with subcontractor coordination and follow up to ensure timely completion of project deliverables
Review drawings and specifications to help identify conflicts, missing information, and constructability concerns
Coordinate with field teams to support schedule execution and maintain alignment between office and site operations
Track procurement schedules and assist with material and equipment deliveries
Participate in owner, architect, subcontractor, and internal project meetings
Support quality control, punch list management, and closeout documentation efforts
Assist with project financial tracking including invoice management, pay applications, and change order support
Coordinate with MEP trades and support issue resolution on technically complex scopes
Help maintain compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and project requirements

Core and shell, tenant improvement, and phased construction environments

Qualifications and Experience
0–3+ years of experience in construction or related internships
Required: Interest in ground up commercial or industrial construction
Preferred: Internship or project experience in mission critical, industrial, healthcare, or advanced technology sectors
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office required
Procore or construction management software experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
