What We're Looking For
We're seeking motivated Project Engineers who enjoy solving problems, working collaboratively in the field, and supporting complex industrial construction projects from planning through completion.
Ideal Candidate Background:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
0–4+ years of construction experience (internships considered).
Industrial construction experience is a plus but not required.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Coachable, motivated, and eager to build a long-term career.
What You'll Do:
Support project controls, estimating, purchasing, scheduling, procurement, and project planning.
Work directly with Project Managers, Superintendents, and company operations leaders on high-visibility industrial projects.
Participate in construction operations meetings, safety planning, and quality initiatives
Gain exposure to project contracts, commercial terms, budgeting, accounting functions, and risk management.
Track project progress, RFIs, submittals, procurement activities, schedules, and project documentation.
Build strong working relationships with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
Develop the knowledge and experience needed to successfully lead future industrial construction projects.
