RDM Electric is growing, and we’re looking for a driven Project Engineer to join our team and help power the construction of schools across our communities.
This is an opportunity to be part of meaningful projects that make a real impact—building the electrical infrastructure behind environments where students learn and thrive.

As a Project Engineer at RDM Electric, you’ll be in the middle of the action—working alongside project managers, field teams, and design professionals to bring complex projects to life.

What you’ll be doing:
• Supporting project planning, scheduling, and coordination
• Managing submittals, RFIs, and project documentation
• Coordinating with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Tracking project progress, costs, and key milestones
• Helping solve real-world challenges in both design and field execution

We’re looking for someone who is organized, motivated, and ready to grow in a fast-paced construction environment.
