Project Engineer:
Lead new product development projects from concept through design, prototyping, testing, and production release.
Design and refine precision mechanical components and assemblies to meet performance, reliability, and manufacturability requirements.
Build and test prototypes, develop test fixtures, and analyze results to validate product performance.
Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure designs can be efficiently produced and scaled for production.
Partner with purchasing and suppliers on materials, components, and cost considerations.
Evaluate and improve existing products through design modifications and engineering analysis.
Provide technical expertise to the sales team by helping answer product and application questions.
Review and guide engineering drawings, tolerances, and technical specifications.
Troubleshoot technical challenges throughout development and production.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on product development.
Experience with mechanical design, prototyping, and testing.
Ability to analyze engineering data and solve complex technical problems.
Strong collaboration and communication skills across engineering and manufacturing teams.
