We’re looking for a Project Engineer to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering high-quality construction projects. You’ll collaborate with experienced project leaders, gain real-world field and office experience and play an important role in keeping projects moving forward.

As a Project Engineer, you’ll be at the center of project execution-supporting planning, coordination, and on-site activities from start to finish. You’ll collaborate with project managers, field teams, subcontractors, and clients to help keep projects on track, on budget, and built to the highest standards.

Your day-to-day will include:
Supporting project planning, scheduling, and coordination efforts
Managing key project documentation (RFIs, submittals, drawings)
Assisting with cost tracking, budgeting, and change management
Coordinating with subcontractors and tracking materials/equipment
Conducting site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality and safety
Helping drive communication across project stakeholders

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
0–3 years of experience in commercial construction (internships count!)
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Solid communication skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with construction documents, processes, and software tools
