Are you a Project Engineer from a plastics or manufacturing background, looking to play a key role at a market-leading business, offering specialist training on state-of-the-art machinery and progression to senior level and beyond?

Do you want to showcase your skillset at a growing organization, by taking a technical lead on process improvements and CapEx projects across an entire plant?

This company are renowned in their industry as an industry-leader. Their Vice President of Manufacturing started off as a Technician and is one of many success stories at the business. Due to growth, they are now looking to hire their first Process Engineer.

In this varied role, you will be improving production performance in a plastics manufacturing facility, with a 50/50 split between office and hands-on shop floor work. You will play a key role in continuous improvements and CapEx projects, whilst supporting maintenance with troubleshooting. This is a 1st shift role, with working hours flexibility.

This role would suit a Project Engineer from a plastics or manufacturing background, looking to play a pivotal role at an industry-leading company, offering specialist training and progression to senior level and beyond.

The Role:

50/50 split between office and hands-on shop floor work
Play a key role in continuous improvements and CapEx projects, whilst supporting maintenance with troubleshooting
Monday – Friday, days based role, with working hours flexibility.

The Person:

Manufacturing or Project or Process Engineer
Manufacturing background, plastics or injection molding preferred
Looking to take a technical lead on CapEx projects and process improvement initiatives at an ever-expanding company
